Experience that strengthens the work.

A curated network of independent practitioners across U.S. employment, HR operations, rewards, benefits, organization, and cross-border growth.

A U.S. people decision rarely stays in one lane.

A company entering the United States may need HR operating advice, employment counsel, immigration support, tax input, benefits expertise, payroll infrastructure, and people systems.

01We define our own role.

02We identify the professional boundary.

03We bring in specialist depth when it improves the answer.

04We keep access and information specific to the work.

Senior practitioners who are precise about both their expertise and its limits.

We welcome introductions from independent practitioners and specialist firms whose work complements U.S. people operations and cross-border growth.

03

Tax, accounting, registration, and entity questions that sit beside employment decisions.

08

Search, assessment, and market context

Experienced practitioners who can help define the real scope and operating context behind a role or market.

Regulated services remain subject to applicable licensing, professional, independence, insurance, and jurisdictional requirements.

One network. Two carefully separated contexts.

01

Company advisory

A practitioner may contribute to a defined question, receive a client-directed introduction, or be retained separately for regulated or specialist advice.

Client context remains limited to the work and agreement at hand.
02

Professional opportunities

A practitioner may help us understand a market, function, or role. Network participation does not provide access to candidate profiles.

Identifiable candidate information moves only for a defined purpose and with specific permission.

A working network, not a public directory.

01

Defined project collaboration

Support a clearly scoped part of a client engagement under a separate written agreement.

02

Independent introduction

Receive a relevant client-directed introduction, then decide independently whether to proceed.

03

Role or market perspective

Contribute informed context without receiving access to unrelated client or candidate information.

04

Our Thinking

Contribute to an article, briefing, or roundtable when attribution and publication terms are agreed in advance.

There is no fee to introduce your practice. Participation is non-exclusive and does not guarantee acceptance, project work, referrals, compensation, publication, or public listing.

Depth, judgment, and clean boundaries.

01

Relevant depth

Substantive, current experience in a field that connects to the work we support.

02

Operational judgment

The ability to translate specialist knowledge into decisions a client can understand and operate.

03

Respect for scope

Clarity about what you advise on, what you do not advise on, and when another discipline should enter.

04

Independence and disclosure

A willingness to disclose affiliations, referral arrangements, economic interests, and conflicts.

05

Discretion and data care

Sound practices for confidentiality, privacy, security, and need-to-know handling of information.

06

Professional standing

Current licenses, credentials, insurance, references, and good standing where the work requires them.

Introductions first. Assignments only when the fit is specific.

  1. 01

    Introduce your practice

Share your expertise, location, credentials, working model, and the work you are best placed to support.

  2. 02

    Have a fit conversation

If your practice is relevant, we will arrange a focused conversation about judgment, boundaries, clients, and working style.

  3. 03

    Complete relevant checks

Depending on the discipline and potential work, we may verify credentials, insurance, references, affiliations, and conflicts.

  4. 04

    Agree each assignment separately

Scope, responsibilities, confidentiality, data access, compensation, conflicts, and client approval are documented for each assignment.

Independent by design. Specific by agreement.

Practitioner Network participants remain independent practitioners or firms. Participation does not create employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary duty, exclusivity, certification, endorsement, or authority to act for The People Works Advisory or a client.

Participation does not provide access to client files, candidate profiles, mailing lists, or other practitioners' information. Each assignment is separately scoped and subject to the appropriate client direction, confidentiality, conflict, privacy, data-handling, and professional requirements.

Start with where your judgment is strongest.

Share enough context for us to understand your practice and the work you are best placed to support. Please do not include client-confidential, privileged, candidate, employee, financial-account, government-identification, medical, or other sensitive information.
